Lucky for us, there’s Moobongri Soondae! This cozy spot has an inviting atmosphere and a menu full of flavorful dishes.
The staff was friendly and helpful in explaining the menu options. We were also able to accommodate vegans with ease.
The food was piping hot and we could customize the condiments to our individual tastes. Everything from the rich flavors, clean broth, and generous serving sizes made this place stand out from all others.
We opted for the yukkaeyang and spicy sundae combo – a perfect balance of spice levels with many flavors!
Our side dishes included kimchi, kaktuggi, seaweed wraps, stir-fried squid, and more – all of which were delicious! The gamjatang soup was thick and flavorful as well.

The side dishes are amazing, especially their deep-fried cheese pork katsu, and dumplings. The marinated beef short rib combo is another must-try!
Plus, there’s something for everyone in the family since they have fried fish and non-spicy food options for kids too.
Overall, Tofu Story is a great spot for authentic Korean cuisine with its flavorful dishes and reasonable prices. It’s far better than any other Tofu restaurant in Denver/Aurora due to its all in-house cooked meals – so don’t miss out on this one!
