The two-meat combo plate was generous in size and worth the $20 price tag. The atmosphere is comfortable and the staff was friendly and attentive.

The pulled pork was outstanding, falling off the bone with a delicious dry rub. The sides were plentiful, with red beans & rice, cucumber salad, onion rings, and coleslaw to choose from.

There was also a great selection of drinks at the bar and live music on certain nights.

It's not too expensive either as you can get a full meal for around $22 per person – making it a good value for money too! Highly recommended!

The menu offers an array of options from traditional steak to more inventive dishes like the Chef's Butcher Block. The Porterhouse Steak was reasonably priced and one of the best steaks I've ever had.

The texture and sauce helped make up for it – it was cooked to perfection (medium rare) with scrumptious portions and pleasant twists on traditional flavors.

The service was attentive, helpful, and very down-to-earth despite being a bit slow at first. The atmosphere was intriguing, with new clean decor that made the evening enjoyable.

Prices are what you would expect from a fancier restaurant but worth it – they have taken great care in paying attention to details here!

COWBOY STAR is a high-end steakhouse located in Colorado that offers amazing cuisine, excellent service, and an exquisite atmosphere.

The restaurant has been around for many years and the same kitchen and wait staff have been there since it opened.

The steak served at Cowboy Star is top-notch. It's cut by hand, juicy, tender, and cooked to perfection.

The T-bone was served in a hot iron skillet which brought it up to medium. Additional sides of crispy Brussels sprouts and sauteed mushrooms are also available.

The restaurant also offers an extensive wine list presented in a refined space with indoor firepits, making the atmosphere delightful, warm, comfortable, and almost formal.

The bartenders are also top-notch with a great selection of drinks to choose from during happy hour or any other time you visit the restaurant.

The service at Cowboy Star is stellar – everyone we encountered was friendly and accommodating – they made us feel special!

For two steak meals including sauces, an appetizer, and a bottle of champagne, we came in right on $200 – And it felt like money very well spent!

Dining at Colorado's Rib & Chop House was an enjoyable experience. The restaurant is clean and spacious, with a good selection of beers and wines. The menu is impressive, with a balanced variety of options from fish to steak and pasta.

We tried the baseball-cut steak which was perfectly cooked and delicious. Other favorites included the chops, ribs, chicken masala with garlic mashed potatoes, spinach, and carrots scuffle. All dishes were seasoned to perfection and very hot upon arrival.

The customer service at Colorado's Rib & Chop House was friendly and helpful making it a pleasant experience. Service was a bit fast but still satisfactory for the time of day we visited. The presentation of the food was fair; however, there is room for improvement in this area.

Prices are reasonable for this type of restaurant given the quality of food provided – although some items may be more expensive than expected for the portion size received (e.g., $70 steak).

Our only complaint would be that some items are too pricey compared to other locations offering similar cuisine in the area; however, we would still recommend this place as it offers great value overall!

The food served here is remarkable to the taste buds. We tried the shrimp and grits as well as the chopped steak which was well-balanced and delicious.

The BBQ chicken portion size was small but all other portions were good. The sides were a little light but no one walked away hungry. Service is good but can be a little slow when it's crowded.

The amount of food you get for your money here is great! There's a wide variety of sides and large serving sizes that make it worth the price you pay to go out here.

The restaurant also has a nice selection of beer, mixed drinks, etc., along with good smoked meat and traditional sides done well for gluten-free eaters.

It's worth checking out if you're looking for tasty comfort food or just want to grab some drinks!

Walking into Outback Steakhouse, the lively Australian-themed chain immediately catches your eye. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a wide selection of steaks, seafood, and another hearty steakhouse fare on the menu. The service was quick and attentive, with staff who answered all our questions and kept our drinks topped off.

We had steak & lobster tail with sides, along with a glass of wine – all cooked perfectly to order. The sweetness of the steak was well complemented by the fluffy jasmine rice that was offered as one of the extensive side menu options.

The Bloomin onion appetizer and accompanying dipping sauce were also delicious – worth trying! We were also impressed by the cleanliness of both the restaurant itself and its restrooms – they were spotless!

The price didn't meet expectations for the amount of food on our plates; however, it's still an affordable option for those looking for an excellent steak dinner experience.
