You can even make your own salad if you'd like. The kale salad was particularly tasty and balanced the meal perfectly.

The service at WaterCourse Foods is top-notch, and the staff are friendly and take all necessary steps to ensure customers feel safe in terms of cleanliness.

The ambiance of the restaurant is also spot-on for my tastes – it's whimsical with Watership Down-inspired murals that set the scene for vegetarian dishes.

The prices at WaterCourse Foods may be on the higher side (we paid nearly $50 for two people/entrees without drinks), but portion sizes are generous, so you'll definitely get your money's worth!

They also have a nice variety on their happy hour menu, as well as vegan/gluten free options that are clearly marked in case you'd like to avoid certain ingredients.

For dessert, we had the healthy version of Tiramisu (made with avocado and cacao) which was not overly sweet but still flavorful with hints of bitterness from the cacao nibs and espresso – surprisingly delicious!

We tried several dishes from their menu including Kale Brussel Sprout salad with seared tuna which my date loved so much they said they could eat it regularly!

We also had Asian Noodle Salad, Brussel Sprout/Kale salad plus Posle' soup – all were flavorful and layered with flavor.

Acova is highly recommended for anyone looking for good food at reasonable prices in a pleasant environment.

They offer great vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options as well as clearly marked items for those who are celiac-safe (owner and some staff members have celiac). All in all we had a great experience here!
