The bartenders are knowledgeable about all types of whiskey so if you’re not sure what to choose they can make some great suggestions. They even have Old Forester Bourbon Birthday Batch – a rare find! This hole-in-the-wall bar offers an amazing experience that should not be missed out on!

Housed in a classic, two-story building in the city of Denver, ChopHouse & Brewery is a high-end steakhouse with house brews.

With diverse cuts for carnivores plus house-brewed ales, small-batch bourbons & half-price happy hour, it's no wonder why this spot has become such a popular destination.

The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting with great service. Prices were competitive and the food exceeded expectations.

We tried out the Ginger Old Fashioned (Bulleit Rye and Domain de Canton paired for an Old Fashioned twist), the Garden Mule (Ketel One Vodka, cucumber, blueberries, mint with freshly squeezed lime, and ginger beer), shared a Caesar Salad, cornbread and each had a bone in ribeye (cooked medium with a beautiful char) with asparagus and white cheddar mashed potatoes. The flavors were outstanding! The Bourbon Braised Short Ribs were off the chain!

For drinks, they have an excellent selection of beers covering all varieties that are sure to please any palate.

They also have great wine choice suggestions that will make your mouth water! The Jim Beam Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout is stellar as well.

ChopHouse & Brewery Denver is an experience worth visiting for anyone looking for high-quality food options at reasonable prices in an inviting atmosphere.
