The service was also great; our waitress was very attentive and our food came out quickly. We showed up between 11 and noon needing seating for 10 people, but they had a booth available right away that fit us all comfortably.

Cleanliness was also top-notch; I saw them sanitize the table after guests left so we could have peace of mind knowing we were eating in a safe environment.

The menu is large with plenty of options for everyone, including vegan and vegetarian choices. The portion sizes are generous and the food quality does not feel cheap or overly greasy. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get; our meal was only $23 for two people!

We had eggs with corned beef hash which was delicious and reminded us of early 1970s hamburgers. We also tried the green chili mac & cheese which was great along with the Denver stacker with hash browns – both were really tasty!

Sam’s No 3 also has a nice big bar area where you can grab drinks while waiting on your meal or just hang out after dinner. They can accommodate gluten-free needs but it's not everything on the menu.

Service is generally quite fast although it can bog down during busier times overall we were very pleased with our experience here!
